What Mimeto sees, and what it doesn't
It observes activities, not people. This page says what the product does today, no more, no less.
What it observes
On the user's workstation, during the work session
- The text entered and the final value of fields
- The software, window and field in use
- The documents read for a task
- Copy and paste
What it does not capture
Checked in the agent's code
- No screenshots or video
- No webcam, no microphone
- No tracking of presence or idle time
- Password fields that your software flags as such: they are detected and excluded
What it never does
- Write into software without the user's click
- Send a message or an email
- Run a program or a command
- Score or rank people: it learns business rules, by process and by team
Where the data goes
Hosting is decided with your IT team before the pilot: private, public or sovereign cloud.
At the end of the pilot, if you don't continue, Mimeto is uninstalled and the data is deleted.
