What changes compared with other tools?
RPA replays scenarios someone wrote in advance. Mimeto learns the rules by observing: there is no scenario to write, or to maintain.
Document capture extracts fields from a PDF. Mimeto covers the whole task, down to the values that are written in no document.
AI built into one piece of software only sees that software. Mimeto works across all the screens already in use, without an API.
Questions
What is the difference between a learned rule and a prefilled field?
The prefilled field is the result. Its value comes either from a document, when it is written there, or from a learned rule, when it was decided. The rule itself stays readable and checkable by a manager.
What does Mimeto do when it is not sure?
It does not guess. When two answers fit, it asks once and remembers the answer. Otherwise, it leaves the field to the person.
What does “100 % accuracy” mean?
Mimeto only prefills a field when its value comes from a document or from a rule checked against the history. When it is not sure, it does not fill in. And the person always validates before anything is written.
How long does it observe before helping?
It depends on the process and on how many tasks it sees: the first proposals come once a rule has been checked against the history. Measuring this on your process is exactly what the pilot is for.
